Worked out from each client's own buying rhythm for each bearing. Overdue lines are the calls worth making first; a line that has missed a whole cycle moves to the client's own page.
A forecast built from repeat buying only. A one-off project order, a new customer or a machine going out of service will not be in it, and it assumes each client keeps to his habit.
Reorder point = demand during supplier lead time + safety stock for the swings in monthly demand. Suggested order brings you up to two further months of cover.
Tally runs on your office computer, so this page cannot dial into it on its own. Export two reports from TallyPrime and load them here. Everything on the desk then recalculates from your books, and the data stays saved for the next time you open the page. The files are read inside your own browser — nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Optional, and only if the sales sheet does not already carry them. Either the Tally masters export (Gateway → Display → List of Accounts, Alt+E → XML, which brings ledger phone numbers and stock item categories), or a sheet of your own with a name column plus Contact and Type.
Customer groups come from here too: either a Group column, or, in the Tally masters export, whichever sub-group of Sundry Debtors the ledger sits under.
What you paid, so the desk can work out margins and value the stock. If you export the whole Day Book in the first box, the purchase vouchers come across with it and this box is not needed. Otherwise a sheet with Date, Supplier, Bearing, Quantity and Cost.
One sheet does the whole job. Put these headings in the first row, one row per bearing per invoice, and load it in the first box. Contact, Group and Type need filling only once per client and per bearing; leave them blank on later rows.

Cost is the line total. If your sheet has a rate per piece instead, head that column Rate and the total will be worked out. The purchase sheet works the same way, with Supplier in place of Client and no Contact or Group needed.
The app can save itself with the figures already inside. That one file is the shared copy: put it in a OneDrive folder, share the folder, and whoever opens it sees exactly what you see. No server, no signup, and the data never goes anywhere but your own OneDrive.
Only one person should ever save the file, otherwise OneDrive keeps both versions side by side and nobody knows which is current. On a phone the OneDrive app will usually want to download the file before it will open it, so this works best on a computer; for phones, the Claude link is easier, though there each person loads his own data. Anyone with access to the folder sees every figure in it, so share the folder the way you would share the books themselves.
